-Breakfast
Opposite to most modern fitness professionals, I don’t count my, fat, protein, carbohydrates when I plan and eat.
There is nothing wrong in doing so and it certainly serves a purpose.
It’s simply not my approach to supporting my physical, mental and spiritual health and growth.
I don’t believe our ancestors were counting their macros either and they were well fu***ng healthy as modern day athletes.
My approach to nutrition is to keep it as simple and as clean as possible.
To avoid processed sugar and basically sugar at all cost, when not in the shape of honey.
Mostly combining: meat of all sorts; fish, bird, mammals, with fruits, nuts, honey
Aiming to eat till 80% full, avoiding to feel stuffed.
That’s it… As simple as it gets. This nutrition provides me with, strength, power and energy and is easy and fast to make.
This breakfast contains of:
-Apple w. Peanut butter and honey.
-Ground beef
-Eggs fried in the fat from the beef.
I share the principles of Hunters Nutrition, with purpose, NOT called a diet or the one truth.
It’s a nutrition approach based on a modern conversion of the knowledge we have of what our ancestors had available and what they rised and thrived on eating.
Our bodies are the exact same design as 50.000 years ago. Meaning, our bodies are designed to thrive on the food available 50.000 years ago, and not the toxins we are mainly being taught today are foods, if we enter a supermarket or grocery store.
My experiences and knowledge are mine and are shared as inspiration, not as a proclamation of what is best for you.
Never follow no idea blindly.
This is simply one approach among many.
It’s simple, raw, nutritious, delicious and supports our natural human design.
