Today, we introduce symbol #4 of six: the Circle.🌀

The circle stands for totality, wholeness, infinity, and eternity. It’s present in our design as a sign of self-development, reminding us of our endless potential and the ongoing journey of personal growth.

It’s been a year since we poured our hearts into creating M.E.M, and what a journey it has been. We’ve learned a lot, failed a lot, succeeded a lot, cried a lot, and experienced so much joy. We can't wait to see where we’ll be in another year, and we hope you’ll continue this journey with us because we have so much more we want to share with you.🙏🏻✨

Our M.E.M Mat is available in two colors - light and dark or as we call them; Pingala & Ida🌿

Pingala and Ida are two energy channels (Nadis) running along either side of the spine. Nadis are like rivers in our bodies where energy (Prana) flows through.

Pingala is said to refer to the sun (yang) energies and Ida refers to the moon (yin) energies🌝🌚

So you can choose your mat color depending on which one matches your couch the most (and that’s totally cool🫱🏻‍🫲🏾) or you can choose the color depending on what kind of energy you want to cultivate in your life in order to create more balance and harmony.

🤍Do you need more active, outwards and dynamic energy? Then go for the light Pingala mat.

🤎Or do you need more passive, inwards, slow energy? Then go for the dark Ida mat.
