Too much to choose from — paths, possibilities, timelines. The mind wants to decide, but the heart already knows. Breathe. The right frequency always reveals itself when you stop trying to force clarity and start feeling alignment.

Another day in the mix — the new frequencies rolling in, the old ones dissolving. You can feel it in the air, in your body, even in the way thoughts move. It is not chaos; it is transition. The old energetic structures are releasing, sometimes loudly, sometimes softly. The new ones are finding their way into form — clearer, faster, more coherent.

We still have a long way to go to be able to really relate in a higher order way. What do I mean by that? Psychological knowledge is basic in all developing relationships. However, communication skills are not always present to achieve the basics in our relationships. Love gets us to the table. Love gives us willingness to change. Earth is constantly moving through space. We are never at the same place. So the atoms in your body have never repeated a position in spacetime. Every second, you’re in a totally new coordinate in the universe’s grand flow — even if you’re sitting perfectly still in your chair.

If we follow this idea further — the fact that you’re never in the same place — it raises a curious question about identity through motion: how continuity of self persists while literally nothing, not even position, stays the same.
