Friday and Saturday were exciting days at the Score Medical Clinic. We had the privilege to have a group of brothers and sisters from Biltmore Church, NC who came to do Dental work on all the Pasitos de Jesus's Girls. We thank God and Biltmore church for this blessing for the Medical Clinic and for the girls.

In preparation for our dental outreach at Emmanuel's house. Today we will be examing all the kids and staff. Teaching them Oral Hygien and sharing the gospel with them.

Please pray for us as our Local Dental staff glorify God ministering to these Children.

Back to Duquesa (community by the dump in Santo Domingo). Working alongside CMMA Medical. While the medical team checkd over 100 patients and share Christ with them as a way tk empower the local church. A small group went to Give away water filtration systems and buckets to some of our people there.. believers and not believers.

Given them good water but also the living water.

We are having a great time with CMMA' UAB physical Therapy team. God has allow us to touch the live of many people in different communities and to exercise flexibility in the mission field. Praise God and thabks for praying.

Today our local staff had the opportunity to visit the Monte Cristi Nursing home. We have 2 nurses there who are on staff with score medical. As part of our plans for this year we will work along side them to build a system to provide as much and better service as possible for the older people, believers and non believers that are there.

Yaqui and Elsi presented all the patients to our staff Doctors who will be visiting the NH once a week to provide health care and support our nurses.

For Gods glory and As part of our HEALTH PROMOTERS program we are working alongside the Guayacanes/Juan Dolio Fier Department. We are training/Evangelizing/and making disciples of a group of guys from 18 to 35 yrs old who serve as new paramedics.

They soon will start doing ministry at their local churches as health promoters for their communities.

This will allow more local churches to use health as a way to impact their communities.

We thank all the Medical teams that have come alongside us tk help is empower this group of people. We also thank our Score missionary Felix Fils and Jeff Hackett for the opportunity of serving alonsid them with Brothers Without Borders

Also thanks to our intern Irin Thacker for getting involved as well.

We closed this year working alongsided students from diferent medical fields, MD, PA, PT, OT Pharmacy, ..... great grup from CMMSA.

It is a big privilege to partner and be able to impact the next generation of medical professionals for Christ.

Now.... lets get ready for a New year of emption, worship, hard work, lots of new ministry opportunity and Gods will for all of us.
