What better way to start the day than a centering and conditioning yoga class? In my class you will work hard but we adhere to the yogic principle of stimulation and relaxation. Besides the physical asana practice, I like to incorporate other limbs of yoga such as pranayama and end with a moment of stillness in meditation. I’d like for everyone to leave the class feeling both the physical and mental benefits of yoga. I want you to fall deeper I love with your practice each time ❤️ All levels are welcome. I do my best to give modifications and alternative poses when needed. I have been practicing and teaching yoga for many years and can honestly say it helps keep me at my physical peak while also helping me cope with stress and the challenges of life. Come try for yourself! Class tomorrow at 9am! Class on Saturdays are at 10am

Ok we are on! Tomrorow 9am. And since it’s Boxing Day and in the spirit of the giving season, I will donate half the proceeds to people affected by the floods! I’m also collecting any donations of bedding, blankets, money for food, mattresses etc. If not tomorrow, donations can be dropped off at Agualina hotel.
