WELLNESS CHECK
These are just a few of hundreds of images that are displayed on my laptop as the Bioresonance system Metatron Hunter, that I use to check peoples wellness, scans every part of their body. When it finds an organ or tissue that is under stress it will scan down various levels to mitochondria, chromosomes, and DNA strand, It is then a matter of researching over 60 programs to identify the cause of the stress, and to look for a frequency that will counter the stress.
Each coloured marker indicates different stages of health with yellow being in the best ideal state. The system is used in a number of hospitals around the world where surgeons can target an area to find out how far a disease, such as cancer, has reached before operating. I have no medical training and am simply a Bioresonance technician interpreting the information supplied by the system. This I do after the scan, and in my own time, as it can take over 3 hours to prepare a report.

Where does the time go? Time is not something you worry about living in the Dominican Republic. Thus, life is less stressful especially when you begin to observe Nature that is in blossom all the year round. That's my excuse for not updating this page. I have been busy with testing my bioresonance device on friends and getting accurate results. I'm now charging 1000 pesos for an initial scan, and the three hours of research I need to carry out afterwards that I summarize on a few pages and send by email. I had one client who had heart issues, slipped disk in lower back that was causing her pain, and fungus on her left toe. I didn't know this until after the system picked up all three issues, plus some others that she is looking into . I am leaving Las Canas hotel this month and focusing on the Bioresonance device that I've just acquired thanks to Walter. It is truly amazing as it scans the whole body down through all cytological levels to the individuals chromosomes, and DNA strand to identify what if anything is causing ill health or could in the future. I have a lot of studying to do and need to demonstrate the system to doctors so they can decide whether to research patients with chronic illnesses. As mentioned water is vital for health but so is DEEP BREATHING. The following was taken from a book that everyone should own. It is absolutely brilliant. You do not need any previous experience to carry out the vast amount of different exercises that will keep you healthy and probably pain free. Over 650,000 copies have been sold and you can get it from Amazon. I am buying up copies to sell or give to people who have chronic illnesses.I carry it around with me wherever I go and delve into it when I meet someone with a health problem. DEEP BREATHING EXERCISES
Knowing the correct way to do deep breathing exercise is critical to good health. Eventually, with practice, it will come naturally and almost unconsciously. To most people it will be a new and novel experience, sending fresh oxygen to every part of the body.
Correct posture is important when doing deep breathing exercises. If you sit on the floor, do so in a cross-legged position so the spine is very straight. You may use a straight-backed chair instead, or if one has to remain in bed, try to have the back as straight as possible. This is most important. With back straight and mouth closed, slowly start drawing in a breath, feeling it along the throat. Forget that you have nostrils. The breath must come into the throat. You will feel it on the top portion of the upper throat. It will make a slight hissing sound.
Instead of this air going into the top of the lungs as in normal breathing, it is being sucked to the very bottom. When you believe you have filled your lungs, let the air out slowly, mouth closed, air pressed against the top of the upper throat. This slight hissing sound will be heard again, probably only by you.
Stay relaxed. Breathe very slowly, letting out air from the upper part of the chest first, and going downward until lungs are empty. It will seem awkward at first, and possibly difficult, but gradually it will become second nature.
Now try it again, putting your hands on each side of the ribs, feeling them expand as you breathe deep down from bottom up. As the air is slowly expelled, feel the ribs go down from the upper part, pulling in the stomach slightly. In ordinary breathing, the chest does not rise.
This deep breathing should not be done more than two breaths at a time the first day. You might like to do it in the morning, in the afternoon, and in the evening. It can be gradually increased, doing three at a time the second day.
This will take practice and time, but it’s well worth the effort if you truly want to be young and healthy for the rest of your life.

we all know the importance of drinking water, especially neutral or alkaline water but this article explains when to drink and why. HEART ATTACKS AND WATER !

How many folks do you know who say they don't want to drink anything before going to bed because they'll have to get up during the night.

Something else I didn't know ... I asked my Doctor why people need to urinate so much at night time. Answer from my Cardiac Doctor - Gravity holds water in the lower part of your body when you are upright (legs swell). When you lie down and the lower body (legs and etc) seeks level with the kidneys, it is then that the kidneys remove the water because it is easier. This then ties in with the last statement!

I knew you need your minimum water to help flush the toxins out of your body, but this was news to me. Correct time to drink water...

2 glasses of water after waking up - helps activate internal organs
1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion
1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure

I can also add to this... My Physician told me that water at bed time will also help prevent night time leg cramps. Your leg muscles are seeking hydration when they cramp and wake you up with a Charlie Horse.

Mayo Clinic Aspirin Dr. Virend Somers, is a Cardiologist from the Mayo Clinic, who is lead author of the report in the July 29, 2008 issue of the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.

Most heart attacks occur in the day, generally between 6 A.M. and noon. Having one during the night, when the heart should be most at rest, means that something unusual happened. Somers and his colleagues have been working for a decade to show that sleep apnea is to blame.

1. If you take an aspirin or a baby aspirin once a day, take it at night.
The reason: Aspirin has a 24-hour "half-life"; therefore, if most heart attacks happen in the wee hours of the morning, the Aspirin would be strongest in your system.

2. FYI, Aspirin lasts a really long time in your medicine chest, for years, (when it gets old, it smells like vinegar).

Ive just sent out invites to many people on my list from my Coldwell Banker days when most people knew me as Peter . I'm now retired from real estate and started this healing and Wellness Information center in las Canas Apartment Hotel. I hope that anyone following it wherever you are in the world will derive some benefit from the information I will be adding. My main page is Peter Brighton the name I use to write books, children stories and film/tv scripts. Feedback and suggestions for future articles are always wlecome.

This is the first of hopefully many articles and links about health.
I am a firm believer that healing starts with your belief system and your thoughts. Then, healthy eating and drinking. This site will cover MIND BODY AND SPIRIT and link you to other sites who hold similar beliefs.


BELIEVE YOU CAN BE HEALTHY
Children believe not only that there will be a tomorrow, but many tomorrows. They also believe that each tomorrow will be rewarding and filled with discovery They have a sense of self-satisfaction and self-appreciation. They enjoy communication, the pursuit of knowledge They are filled with curiosity. Those attitudes provide strength and mental health that promote physical growth and development.
As adults, we often want to re-arouse those same feelings--those spiritual, mental, emotional and biological beliefs that are innately present in everything. But by the time children grow into adults, they actually hold almost an opposite belief system. They feel stressful situations worsen, that communication with others is dangerous, that self-fulfillment brings about the envy and vengeance of others, and individuals live in an unsafe society, in the middle of a world that is savage, cruel, and caring only for its own survival at any cost.
Regardless of circumstances, age, or s*x, we can start over, re-arousing those earlier, more innocent expectations, feelings and beliefs. Imagine this endeavor like children at play. A child plays at being an adult long before he is one. So too, we can ‘play back into’ those beliefs of our inner child. The very idea of play encourages the use of the imagination and our creative abilities.
A body biologically repairs itself constantly. Our mind thinks without conscious attention. The same applies to all of those inner processes that make life possible. Thoughts are conscious, but the process of thinking is not.
There are no diseases brought about by old age alone. The life force itself does not wear out or lessen within a body. Its expression may be impeded at any time, but the unique energy of each individual IS NOT DRAINED AWAY because of old age alone. The body often wears out because it has been used less and less.
It is possible for ideas to cause chemical reactions that impede or promote the health of our bodies. BELIEFS THEMSELVES ARE TOOLS. The most favorable solution to a problem is at least as probable as the most unfortunate solution.
Beliefs are not bad or evil in themselves. Despite worrying, the spirit of life itself is continually within our experience and forms our physical body. However, all actions have consequences that may or may not be intended. That is how negative thoughts and beliefs lead to destruction and positive ones promote/support life.
EXERCISE: Relax. See inside your body. You may see streets or boulevards instead of muscles and bones. Go along with the images that appear. If you are ill, imagine it as particles of dirt. You might see streets lined with dirt or garbage, for example. Mentally see yourself sweeping away the debris. Order trucks to carry the garbage to a trash heap. Watch it burn up in smoke. Or, you may see invading armies, attacking home troops. See the invaders being driven off. The pictures you see will follow your own unique leanings and experience.

This is the AquAzul alkaline water treatment plant in Santo Domingo. The owner designed it after reading "The Miracle of Water " by Masuro Emoto.
