👁️ EU Approves First Eye Drop to Slow Myopia Progression in Children

CAUTION ⚠️ ⚠️

1/ better use topic and intra cameral anesthesia
2/ 5mm rhexis, overlap iol
3/ bottle height around 40mmhg to avoid SUDDEN AC DEEPENING , REVERSE PUPIL BLOK OR IRIS RETROPULSION SYNDROME
4/ awareness of AC instability: the sclera is so elastic
5/ lower the vacuum to not stress the post capsule
6/ IOL choice: quadro are safer
Results: D1 post op satisfactory 🤩🤩
