في مشهد يعكس ديناميكية التعاون بين المؤسسات الأكاديمية والأمنية، احتضنت جامعة وهران 1 أحمد بن بلة يومًا تكوينيًا تطبيقيًا نوعيًا تحت عنوان “مسرح الجريمة”، شكّل نموذجًا حيًا لمحاكاة الواقع الجنائي بكل تفاصيله الدقيقة.
هذا الحدث لم يكن مجرد نشاط أكاديمي تقليدي، بل تجربة ميدانية متكاملة، جُمعت فيها الخبرة العلمية بالممارسة التطبيقية، حيث تم تنفيذ تمرين محاكاة دقيق لمسرح جريمة، مكّن المشاركين من خوض تجربة واقعية في كيفية التعامل مع الأدلة الجنائية، بدءًا من تأمين المكان، مرورًا برفع الآثار، وصولًا إلى التحليل العلمي للأدلة وفق أحدث المعايير المعتمدة دوليًا.
وقد جاء تنظيم هذا اليوم في إطار شراكة استراتيجية جمعت بين مخبر البحث في العلوم الجنائية بوهران، ومعهد علم الإجرام بجامعة وهران 1 أحمد بن بلة، وبالتنسيق مع وزارة العدل، والمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني، إلى جانب مصالح الحماية المدنية لولاية وهران، في خطوة تعكس الإرادة المشتركة لتعزيز التكوين التطبيقي وتكريس مقاربة متعددة التخصصات في مجال التحقيقات الجنائية.
ويؤكد هذا الحدث على أهمية الاستثمار في العنصر البشري وتطوير الكفاءات، من خلال خلق فضاءات تدريبية تحاكي الواقع، بما يسهم في الرفع من جاهزية المتدخلين وتحسين جودة العمل الجنائي، خدمةً للعدالة وتعزيزًا لأمن المجتمع.

زيارة ميدانية لطلبة معهد علم الاجرام باشراف مدير المعهد، لمصلحة الطب الشرعي للمركز الاستشفائي الجامعي لوهران بتأطير رئيس المصلحة و مدير مخبر البحث في العلوم الجنائية الاستاذ بومسلوت سليم و طاقمه الطبي، تميزت هذه الزيارة بعرض مفصل حول دور الطب الشرعي في خدمة العدالة، وآليات إنجاز الخبرة الطبية القضائية، ابتداءً من المعاينة السريرية وإصدار الشهادات الطبية، وصولاً إلى التشريح الطبي القانوني والتنسيق مع الجهات القضائية.
كما أتيحت للطلبة فرصة الاطلاع على الجوانب التطبيقية للعمل اليومي داخل المصلحة، والتعرف على التحديات العلمية والأخلاقية التي تواجه الطبيب الشرعي، إضافة إلى مناقشة حالات واقعية في إطار بيداغوجي يربط بين النظري والميداني. وقد شكلت هذه الزيارة محطة علمية هامة لتعزيز التكوين الأكاديمي وترسيخ أهمية التكامل بين علم الإجرام والطب الشرعي في كشف الحقيقة وخدمة المجتمع.

A field visit was organized for the students of the Institute of Criminology, under the supervision of the Institute Director, to the Forensic Medicine Department of the University Hospital Center of Oran. The visit was hosted and supervised by the Head of the Department and Director of the Criminal Sciences Research Laboratory, Professor Boumeslout Selim, along with his medical team.
This visit was marked by a comprehensive presentation on the role of forensic medicine in serving justice, as well as the procedures involved in conducting medico-legal expertise, from clinical examination and the issuance of medical certificates to forensic autopsy and coordination with judicial authorities.
Students were also given the opportunity to explore the practical aspects of daily work within the department and to learn about the scientific and ethical challenges faced by forensic physicians. Real case discussions were presented within a pedagogical framework, bridging theory and practice.
This visit represented an important academic milestone, strengthening students’ training and highlighting the essential complementarity between criminology and forensic medicine in the pursuit of truth and the service of society.

Une réunion s'est tenue le mercredi 04 février 2026 au Laboratoire de Recherche en Sciences Criminelles, rassemblant les différents membres chercheurs des équipes notamment celle de la médecine légale, en présence du Directeur du Laboratoire Pr Boumeslout, afin de faire le point sur l'avancement de l'organisation d'une journée scientifique très bientôt.Nous vous communiquerons les détails incessamment.
تم عقد اجتماع يوم الأربعاء الموافق 4 فبراير 2026 في مخبر البحث في العلوم الجنائية، ضمّ أعضاءً مختلفة من فرق البحث، بما في ذلك فريق الطب الشرعي، بحضور مدير المخبر، البروفيسور بومسلوت سليم، لمراجعة التقدم المُحرز في تنظيم يوم علمي سيُعلن عنه قريبًا.
