🕯️ Understanding Lower Entities & the Importance of Spiritual Cleansing
Lower vibrational entities—often referred to as demons or energetic parasites—are deeply rooted in the 3D dimension. These forces can attach themselves to you through environments, objects, or even people who unknowingly carry them. Their presence can manifest physically as illness, heaviness in the body (especially in the shoulders), chronic fatigue, or mental fog. They feed off your light, draining your energy and disrupting your peace. This is why regular energy cleansing is essential. These entities can interfere with your daily life—causing sleep disturbances, emotional instability, and difficulty thinking clearly. If you're an empath or spiritually attuned, you're especially vulnerable. Your light is recognizable to them, which makes weekly self-cleansing practices even more important.
I wanted to share some of the recurring visions I've been experiencing. There appear to be many different types of entities—some I would describe as demons. Their forms vary: some bear horns, others have multiple heads—three, two, or just one. A few resemble skeletons. There are also smaller beings I refer to as duendes. These figures tend to have elongated hands and unusually long bodies. Each encounter feels distinct, yet they all seem to belong to the same otherworldly realm.
Some of these entities don’t just resemble humans—they reconstruct themselves to blend in, often reappearing in our lives as toxic personalities. They may reform into karmic partners, narcissists, or constant sources of drama and gossip. These are what I call energy vampires—beings that rely on emotional chaos to feed off others. They reignite conflict, recycle negativity, and repress peace. You can often tell who they are by how you feel after interacting with them: drained, confused, or emotionally off-balance. Their presence tends to reverberate long after they’ve left the room. To protect yourself, it’s essential to reclaim your energy, recenter your focus, and remove yourself from their influence whenever possible.
⚠️ Alcohol & Aura Vulnerability
Alcohol is considered “water to demons”—a substance that weakens your energetic boundaries. When consumed, it can create holes in your aura, making it easier for lower entities to attach and begin their attack. Protecting your energy daily, especially before sleep, is vital.
