A graduate of two colleges (yes, two): the Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Fine Arts, Radwa has been multitasking like a pro since day one.

Creativity runs through everything she does — from her love for art, to her obsession with football, cars, and motors, all the way to how she builds food.

Glow Bar wasn’t just a business idea; it was a mission.

Radwa dreamed of proving that healthy food doesn’t have to be boring, tasteless, or complicated.

She set out to break the stereotype of “diet food” by offering real meals, full of flavor, made healthy without killing the joy.

For the busy ones who work all day and barely have time to breathe, Glow Bar delivers everywhere — cutting excuses, not corners.

Add to that customized monthly plans, calorie-counted and tailored to your goals, and suddenly healthy living feels possible again.

Off duty, you’ll probably find her cheering for a match, admiring a powerful engine, or cuddling Biza, her adorable orange cat.
