البنت شكوتها انها مش بتضحك وبتتعرض لاحراج في الفصل التمرين.. و بعد ما خلصنا البنوتة كانت فرحانة جداوكلام مامتها ان البنوته بعد ما مشيت من عندنا مفيش حد حرفيا شافته الا بتوريه سنانها بكل سعادة

A young cute girl, aged 8 came with the chief complaint of dark brown spot on her front tooth. She expressed her embarrassment at school and social situations.
She said to me:
Girl in my class told me you can’t smile because your teeth look bad 😒.
Panoramic x.ray and thorough examination revealed that not only the upper Rt central is envolved but also lower RT lateral incisor has yellow-brown opaque spot and lower right 6 and up Lt 6 show large carious defects and yellow- brown opacities.
Treatment plane
1.Patient education to do good brushing and eat healthy to decrease the risk of more caries.
2.Using minimal invasive approach by Deep Resin Infiltration [ICON] for the conservative management of central Incisor affected by Molar-incisor hypomineralisation (MIH )
Clinical procedures:
isolation
No touch with bur to tooth surface( prepless) .
Microabrasion using opaluster
Followed by using rubber cup.
ICON etch applied
[This allows deeper pe*******on of the acid and subsequently the infiltrant to effectively mask the discoloration]
Followed by washing & drying, then resin Infiltration done [ 3 minutes] &Light cured 40 seconds
2 Layers of composite used
1st omnichroma blocker by tokuyama
2nd Enamel beautifil II by shufo
3. schedule for restoration of molars and lateral incisor is made
