Mai Saleh is a counselor psychotherapist who has a diploma in mental health from Ain Shams University. Mai is also pursuing her masters degree in counseling and psychotherapy from the American University in London and applying for the British Association of Counseling and Psychotherapy membership and accreditation. Mai has a diploma in teaching early years from the American University In Cairo. She believes that mental well-being is just as important as physical well-being. She is passionate about helping as many individuals as possible struggling with their mental health. She wants to influence as much people as she can to love themselves, live in a stress free environment and love their children to be able to bring them in a healthy environment. She thinks that it’s a Journey that is worth struggling for . Mai has a wide range of client experience and uses a lot of theoretical and practical tools. She provides counseling sessions for adolescents as well as adults including mood disorders, mental disorders. personality disorders, anxiety disorders, anger management as well as couples and relationships counseling.

عندما يتحوّل الحلم إلى حقيقة،
والخيال إلى واقع،
والأمنية إلى حياة نعيشها بكل امتنان،
وقتها بنعرف أن الصبر لم يخذلنا،
وأن كل تأخير كان لحكمة،
وأن ما أتانا… جاء أجمل مما تمنّينا.
