Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a District Manager or strong experience as a Senior Medical Rep with leadership potential
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in English and computer skills
- Resident of Delta region is preferred
