أحمد... راجل في الأربعينات من عمره وبيعيش حياة نشيطة، لكن اضطر يروح للدكتور بعد ما بدأ يحس بتعب بسيط في قلبه، مع عدم انتظام في ضغط الدم.
بعد أشعه وفحوصات، الدكتور كتبله أدوية للضغط ولتقليل الدهون… لكن كان فيه كبسولات تانية في الروشتة خلت أحمد يسأل باستغراب:
"دكتور، ليه كتبتلى كبسولات أوميجا 3-6-9؟ مش ده مكمل غذائى للناس اللي عندها نقص بس؟
ابتسم الدكتور وقال له بهدوء:
"بالعكس يا أحمد… أوميجا 3-6-9 مش مجرد مكمل غذائي، ده دعم متكامل لقلبك وصحتك العامة."
وخليني أقولك شوية عن فوايده... لأنه بيقدم تركيبة متوازنة من أوميجا 3 و أوميجا 6 و أوميجا 9:
✅ بتساعد في تقليل الدهون الثلاثية و الكوليسترول اللي بيسببوا انسداد و تصلب في الشرايين.

"يعني أنا مش باخدها علشان ضعيف و مرهق؟"
ضحك الدكتور وقال له:
"لا ياسيدى، انت بتاخدها علشان تحافظ على أهم حاجة… قلبك ❤"

💊 علشان كده، مهم تاخد من 2 إلى 3 كبسولات يوميًا من أوميجا 3-6-9... بانتظام.
