When you choose to stand in your truth , the entire universe rearranges itself to meet you there . Authenticity is the quiet force that opens every hidden door .

When you show up as who you truly are , without distortion or performance you stop pouring energy into maintaining masks or different versions of yourself .

Did you know that the frequency of “ Pretending / acting 🎭 “ is the same as the vibration of “ Resistance “? Even if you are showing your truth , yet it’s somewhat moulded into a more accepted , expected or palatable version - this is still “ acting “. And you are actually creating distortion and repulsion instead of magnetism . This is why it feels like “ work “ in creating what you truly desire

AND …. When you are not showing your true self , your authenticity or hidding parts of self you are also broadcasting FEAR .

Kind of like holding two opposing ends of magnet together . This resistance isn’t just metaphoric , its operating by the same law:

Two forces oriented against each other will repel 🧲⚡️
Two forces aligned will attract 🧲🔮

Pretending , acting , showing different truths in different situations is self-repulsion
Authenticity is self attraction

Pretending sends a mixed signal into the field . Your biofield broadcasts two vibrations at once ~ the real you and the constructed persona . This creates interference patterns like static in a radio signal . Static is resistance and the universe reads this static as confusion uncertainty , hesitation , or “ not ready “ which closes doors and delays synchronicities .

When you are truthful in all your expressions- both behind closed doors and how you show up in the world you become magnetically recognisable to reality and all those around you . Whether in the physical or the energetic realms …… authenticity makes you visible to the allies , soul family , clients and opportunities that were designed for your frequency . That’s a wrap 🌹♥️✨✨✨ 5 days of our Temple voyage - complete . 11 legends , Journeying from the Giza Plateau to sailing the Nile .

Five days inside the ancient current of Khem , where each sunrise carried us deeper into the initiatory stream , where the temples activated resonance and became clear mirrors , gateways and living transmissions in communion with us.

The temples opened their doors in ways that can only happen when the right souls gather , in the right moment , for the right work .

The voyage is complete ….but the activation continues .

Inner Chamber of the Divine Mother’s Throne

The Holy of Holies in the Temple of Isis on Philae was considered the exact point where the
presence of the Divine Mother entered the material world This chamber was the sanctuary of her throne ….the place where the mysteries of creation , magic , fertility , death and resurrection were held in their purest form

It was a womb space where initiates came to remember their origin , reconnect with their soul lineage and heal through the grace of the goddess. The chamber represented the heart of her temple ….the point where the worlds of the living and the unseen overlapped

Mythology taught that the chamber housed the original power of Isis as the great enchantress

Nerd Alert ‼️

Did you know that long periods of stress , trauma , emotional abuse causes brain damage ? And that chronic fatigue is actually a symptom of healing . It’s not laziness , but rather the brain repairing and healing certain chemicals - which takes ALOT of energy .

Trauma and chronic stress create BIG chemical shifts and damage in the brain . During long periods , cortisol and adrenaline stay elevated and stabilising neurotransmitters like serotonin , dopamine & GABA (gamma aminobutyric acid ) to become imbalanced . This causes the amygdala to become overactive , the hippocampus to struggle with regulation , and the prefrontal cortex to lose efficiency .

Fight or flight kicks in , OR system shut down and numbing

When healing begins ….the brain has to undo these adaptations . Cortisol levels start to lower , neurotransmitters move back toward balance and stress driven neural pathways are gradually replaced through neuroplasticity

This rebuilding process requires a large amount of metabolic energy . The fatigue that shows up is simply the brain using resources to recalibrate its chemistry and rebuild healthier , more regulated circuits . GABA plays a central role in how the nervous system shifts between activation and rest, which is why it becomes so important in the context of trauma and healing.

During periods of chronic stress or threat , the brain often reduces GABA activity because the system is prioritising alertness over relaxation . This keeps you in a state of readiness , reactivity or hypervigilence…. useful for short term danger , but exhausting and destabilising over time . Lower GABA means the brain has fewer “ brakes “ , so stress signals fire more easily and more intensely .

You can see every healer , psychiatrist under the sun … you can drink monoatomic gold ….you can do all the plant medicine …. you can even sticky tape crystals to your forehead BUT the main regenerative help here is time & rest .

There are souls who incarnate here carrying a deeper strata of remembrance . They are not merely “old souls “ in the casual way the term is used . They are aware souls …. those who chose across many lifetimes and dimensional crossings , to remain conscious through the cycles of forgetting . Their awareness persists like a luminous thread running through each incarnation . Yet they will describe the information that channels through them as “ downloads “ . These souls act as memory keepers of the Earth’s original instructions , the primordial templates seeded before the world fell into fragmentation . Before the inversion

There consciousness and state of awareness resonates with the hidden libraries of this planet . Every sacred site ….temples , stone circles , mountain vortices , crystalline caverns ; holds an energetic blueprint . These blueprints are full of information. Information they are able to decode and transcribe . They were placed intentionally by early civilizations and off planet architect races . The sites functioned as stabilisers , transmitters , and record vaults .

Over time most people lost the capacity to interface with them directly but the aware souls did not . They carry the inner architecture required to decode the transmissions of these places.

These souls serve as custodians , they are the teachers , wayshowers and activators . For the ancient aware ones , downloads are not sporadic events ….. they are part of their incarnation contract . They agreed to retrieve specific strands of knowledge at precise times reactivating dormant timelines , healing distortions , and restoring the continuity of the sacred teachings . Interestingly some have incarnated here since birth , whilst others have transferred through NDE ( near death experiences) . This concept is not foreign , many who have crossed over share the experience as “ coming back different “. The theory of this is that souls of higher consciousness step into the human vessel to fulfill contracts and be of collective service .

Those who see no magic shall walk blind through enchanted worlds . And to the unbelieving , magic remains forever hidden in plain sight . Worlds within worlds , right here under their feet . It’s like two entirely different realities are existing here , and yet all seek the one . To feel , to see , to know who and what we truly are and what this place is all about .

Maybe this is the longing for home so many feel . And maybe this is why we are drawn to certain beings …. We see a familiar glimmer of something known yet unexplainable. Something we know is in each of us

Toni has been a photographer for many years and has the most magical way of capturing peoples etheric and multidimensional self . Her underwater photography is more than magical 🧙🏼 In this shoot , I was in a thermal hot spring a few hours out of Darwin , Northern Territory…….. in my mermaid / siren element .

Message for today “When you fully choose yourself - it allows for others to fully chose you also . And more importantly it allows for the Universe to pour into you . You can’t loose or miss what is meant for you “

Here at Clean Green Mind Body and Soul Retreat Ubud we have been fully immersed in bringing together a group of certified and experienced practitioner’s, teacher’s and instructors to design a program that really facilitates healing, balance and connection on all levels. Mind, Body & Soul.

Our retreat run's for 4 full days, with each day beginning with a sunrise vinyasa yoga class held in our private estates elevated yoga Shala , overlooking the serene rice terrace's. Throughout our days schedule there will be specialised treatments and group activities that cover everything from guided meditation's , Reiki, reflexology, sound healing sessions & "Creative movement flow dance class" .
