زمان كانوا يقولون: "أي واحد يتشنج، اعطف أصبعه الصغيرة!" 🤦‍♂️
هذا الكلام غير صحيح إطلاقًا ولا يساعد في وقف النوبة، وقد يسبب إصابات.
إذا صادفت شخصًا يعاني نوبة صرع أو تشنجات:
1️⃣ خليه على الأرض 🛋️
2️⃣ أبعد عنه الأشياء الحادة أو الصلبة ⚠️
3️⃣ راقب تنفسه ووقته ⏱️💨
4️⃣ لا تشربه ماء أو تمسكه بقوة 🚫💦
5️⃣ بعد توقف النوبة، ضع الشخص على وضعية جانبية آمنة (Recovery Position) نفس الصورة الي تحت .

In laboratory tests, scientists discovered that bee venom can destroy aggressive breast cancer cells in under an hour. Remarkably, healthy cells were left unharmed.

The effect comes from melittin, a key compound in bee venom. It works by punching holes in cancer cell membranes, stopping the cells from functioning.
