We’re Hiring: CME & Partnerships Lead (Kenya)
📍 Nairobi, Kenya (Field-based) - Full-time 🇰🇪
Rology is hiring a CME & Partnerships Lead to grow our presence in Kenya by building strong relationships across the healthcare ecosystem and executing high-quality professional engagement activities. This role will develop partnerships, coordinate educational and stakeholder events, and work closely with Sales to translate engagement into qualified commercial opportunities. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, operationally strong, and comfortable working in the field.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage partnerships with relevant healthcare stakeholders and organizations.
- Plan and execute professional engagement activities (including educational sessions and stakeholder events).
- Coordinate logistics, invitations, attendance, and structured follow-up after events.
- Work closely with Sales to ensure leads generated through partnerships/events are tracked and progressed.
- Maintain a monthly activity calendar and report on outcomes and learnings.
- Represent Rology professionally in meetings, events, and external engagements.
💼 Qualifications & Experience:
5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, medical engagement, events, or related roles (healthcare preferred).
- Strong network-building ability and confidence engaging clinical and administrative stakeholders.
- Proven ability to run events or engagement programs end-to-end with operational discipline.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable working in a field-based role with frequent in-person meetings.
