عقلنا مش بينسي صدفة ،

هوه مهمته أنه يحمينا.

فبيعمل كده مع المواقف الصعبة 💔

اللى مش بنقدر نستوعب حدوثها ،

وفاة ،فقد ،خيانة ،صدمة ، حادث أليم

فتلاقيه بيسمع من اللى حواليه

حاجات هوه مش فاكرها .

عقلك بيخزّنها في مكان بعيد

علشان يحميك

وتعرف تكمّل حياتك من غير ما تتعطّل أو تتأذى كل يوم.

مش معناها إن الموقف اختفى، لكن عقلك بيقولك:

"خليك مركز دلوقتي، وأنا هشيل عنك التقيل شوية." 🧠✨

فاكرين قصة الأرنب و السلحفاة،

لما عملوا سباق علشان يشوفوا مين هيسبق 🤔

و السلحفاة كسبت !

تفتكروا ليه السلحفاة كسبت الأرنب ؟

لأن السلحفاة عندها عزيمة تبدء ببطء لكن شايفة الهدف اللى عاوزة توصله ومحددة طريقها .

لكن الأرنب متكاسل ومعتمد على أنه سريع لكن سهل يشتت نفسه بالنوم أو اللعب ولم يستغل أمكانياته المتاحة بطريقة صحيحة

تفتكروا مين فيهم عنده
