Yoga with me is a practice of strength, softness, and presence.
I’ve been teaching since 2016, and as I move into my first decade of teaching, my relationship with yoga has deepened and evolved. My classes blend strong, intelligent movement with moments of rest and subtle awareness — supporting both the body and the nervous system.
Classes are grounding yet energising, accessible yet intelligent, with clear options so the practice truly meets you where you are. Expect to leave feeling stronger, more open, and more at ease in your body.
I teach across all levels and abilities, offering clear guidance, options, and modifications so the practice meets you where you are.
With over 400 hours of specialist training — including Fierce Grace, injury modification, chair yoga, children’s yoga, Functional Yoga, Yin, and pre & post-natal — my intention is always the same: a practice that feels supportive, effective, and energising.

• Studio classes (London):
