الحاله دي كانت جايه المركز والدكتور مديها فتره شهرين تعمل فيهم علاج طبيعى ويشوف النتيجه ي اما يعمل عمليه لتطويل وتر اكيليس ي اما يقول معدتش محتاجه
بعد مرور شهرين من الشغل والتعب مع الحاله لقيت والدتها بتقولي دكتور العظام بيشكرك علي شغلك وانها مش محتاجه تعمل عمليه ودي اكتر حاجه فرحتنى النهارده ♥️

سلمى كانت بتعانى من تأخر حركى وعدم القدره علي الوقوف والمشى بمفردها مع اعوجاج قدمها اليمنى اثناء الوقوف وده باين ف اول الفيديو الحمدلله دلوقت بقت بتقف لوحدها فتره طويله ووقفه صحيحه وبدأت تاخد اول خطواتها علي المشايه والارض وفى طريقها الي الشفاء ان شاء الله ♥️♥️

🛑دول عضلات بياخدوا origin من ال scapula وبيعملوا insertions ف ال head of humerus كالاتي
🔴Origin:
1- supraspinatus ▶️Supraspinous fossa ( من اسمها)
2- infraspinatus ▶️infraspinous fossa ( من اسمها )
3- subscapularis▶️ subscapular fossa ( من اسمها )
4- teres minor ▶️posterior surface of the scapula ( lateral border)
🔴Insertion :
Supraspinatus , infraspinatus and teres minor ▶️ greater tubercle of humerus
بتختلف عنهم ال subscapularis
So it inserted in lesser tubercle
🔴هنتفق ف ال action عل حاجه ، العضلات الي جايه من الخلف للامام هتعمل lateral rotation زي مين ال infraspinatus وال teres minor
والي هي قدام ف هتعمل medial rotation زي ال subscapularis
🛑 اما بقا ال supraspinatus ف دي بتبدا ال abduction من صفر ل 15 درجه
✍️مهم بالنسبالي اهتم بالعضلات دي لو فيه مشكله ف ال scapula او حالات ال shoulder
