Job Title: Senior Product Specialist – Orthopedic Intra-articular hyaluronic acid injection
Department: Sales
Job Purpose
To achieve sales targets, develop strong customer relationships, and increase market share of the company’s orthopedic Intra-articular hyaluronic acid injection portfolio through effective territory management, scientific knowledge, and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the orthopedic KOL.
Maintain and expand customer base by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals such as orthopedic
Deliver high-quality product presentations
Organize and participate in medical events, workshops, and product demonstrations.
Provide accurate, up-to-date product and therapeutic area knowledge to customers.
Plan and implement effective field visits to maximize coverage and frequency.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Maintain accurate records of customer profiles, visits, and follow-up actions in CRM tools.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide feedback from the field to support market intelligence and product strategies.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, or Science (Biology/Chemistry).
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years in pharmaceutical sales Orthopedic is must.
Proven track record in orthopedic Intra-articular hyaluronic acid injections.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of orthopedic therapeutic areas.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
