مراجعة جراحة سابقة لتجميل الانف

و لكن هذه المرة كانت الصعوبة مضاعفة لأنها لأنف إفريقي

فضلا عما يمتاز به الانف الأفريقي من جلد سميك و نقص في بروز الانف ، كانت تعاني من تعرجات شديدة بظهر الانف بسبب الجراحة السابقة
و باستخدام رقعة غضروفية من الضلوع تم استعادة تناسق الانف و زيادة بروز ظهر الانف

شكل جرح شد الوجه العميق بعد شهرين
و يستمر المظهر في التحسن التدريجي حتي يصبح غير ملحوظ تماما بعد ٤ ل ٦ أشهر

و هذا ما يميز الشد العميق ، حيث يكون كل التأثير علي الطبقات العميقة بينما نقوم بخياطة الجلد بدون أي شد مما يعطي نتائج جيدة علي مستوي شكل الجرح و ذلك بعكس الشد السطحي الذي يتورم آثار جروح سيئة

Ethnic rhinoplasty isn’t just an aesthetic procedure — it’s truly a reconstructive one.

Unlike Middle Eastern noses, which are often larger due to a hump and longer with a droopy tip, African noses are typically smaller, shorter, and have thicker skin.

Because of these unique anatomical features, the goal is not reduction — it’s building. We rely on structural grafts to project the dorsum and de-rotate the tip, creating proper support and definition.

على عكس الأنف الشرق أوسطي الذي يكون غالبًا كبير الحجم (بسبب الـ hump وطويلًا مع سقوط الأرنبة (droopy tip)…
الأنف الإفريقي عادةً يكون أصغر، و أقصر طولا، ومع جلد أكثر سماكة.

بسبب الزيادة الكبيرة في عرض الأنف، كانت المريضة تواجه صعوبة في ارتداء نظارتها لفترة طويلة.
لكن الآن — وبعد إعادة تشكيل عظام الأنف باستخدام تقنية الموجات فوق الصوتية — أصبح الأنف في وضعه الطبيعي وبعَرْض مناسب تمامًا لملامح الوجه الأنثوي.

تصغير الجبهة الجراحي من الأدوات القوية جدًا في تجميل الوجه ✨
لكنه ليس لكل الحالات، بل نلجأ إليه فقط في ثلاث حالات محددة:

١️⃣ وجود الخطوط العرضية الثابتة للجبهة (static wrinkles) التي لا تستجيب لحقن البوتوكس.
٢️⃣ سقوط الحاجب الشديد، عندما تكون الحاجة لرفعه أكثر من ٧ مم.
٣️⃣ زيادة طول الجبهة بسبب تراجع خط الشعر الأمامي، حيث يمكن للجراحة أن تقدّم خط الشعر لمسافة تصل إلى ٢ سم.

✂️ الجرح يكون مخفيًا داخل خط الشعر الأمامي ويتم خياطته تجميليًا بحيث لا يترك أثرًا ملحوظًا في حوالي ٧٠٪؜ من الحالات.
أما في ٣٠٪؜ من الحالات (أي ثلاثة من كل عشرة عملاء)، فقد نحتاج إلى مراجعة بسيطة أو زراعة شعر محدودة لإخفاء أي أثر متبقٍّ.
