Laparoscopic Hernioplasty Bootcamp was all about interaction, clinical insight, and meaningful scientific exchange.

We were proud to participate as B For Health in this advanced educational program, organized under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdelaziz - President of Theodore Bilhariz Research Institute and Prof. Dr. Hesham Elmeligy, Head of the General Surgery Department at Theodor Bilharz Research Institute, and held on January 18–20 and January 27, 2026.

This Bootcamp brought together leading experts in laparoscopic and hernia surgery through high-level scientific sessions and in-depth discussions that successfully bridged theory with real-world surgical practice.

As part of our contribution, B For Health led an interactive Glubran2 quiz, creating an engaging platform for surgeons to discuss clinical scenarios and clearly highlight the indications and benefits of Glubran2 in hernia and minimally invasive surgery. The dynamic exchange reinforced the value of interactive learning in supporting evidence-based surgical decisions.

In addition, our team actively contributed inside the operating room, delivering hands-on training for surgeons on the assembly of Glutack and its optimal application in mesh fixation. These live surgical sessions allowed participants to translate discussion and knowledge into real operative practice, strengthening technical confidence and procedural accuracy.
