Doubts could be imagining how the prayer will be manifested so unconsciously u are limiting your prayer because u are putting conditions that it should be manifested by the way u imagined it only although it could be manifested by a much easier way that u can't imagine.

According to the law of karma what you're giving you will receive if you give anger it returns back to you more anger "ask yourself is that what u want is that serving you "
If you want to live in peace you have to give peace
