About me
As of 3 months ago I'm officially 31, with a front row seat to everything I wanted at thirty.
A loving husband, a home I like, something resembling a career, a beautiful child
But most days it feels like getting what you always wanted should feel better.
Motherhood can make the present and the future look extremely blurry, but sometimes what needs changing isnt you, but the perspective you're feeding.
Introducing my self in the rawest form possible, and Omar, who make me want to try harder every single day.
And why I started this...

يعني ايه مجموعة دعم؟

‎هى مجموعة من الامهات بيواجهوا تحديات متشابهة و بيجتمعوا علشان يشاركوا الى بيمروا بيه، عن طريق مشاركة التجارب دى، بنكون قادرين نقدم الدعم النفسى و قادرين نحسس الى قدامنا بقدر من الراحة و العكس.
‎لما بنمر بصدمة ما. الناس المقربين لينا مش دائما بيعرفوا يقولوا ايه. فاحيانا افضل علاج بيكون صوت من مر فى نفس دربك .

‎-ليه محتاجين مجموعات دعم؟
‎لأنها بتقدم مكان آمن للتعبير، معلومات عمليه و مجدية و هنعرف ازاى نتكيف و نواجه تحدياتنا عن طريق الحوار مع امهات بيتكلموا عن تجاربهم

‎. و كل ست بتكون لها فرصه تكون مسموعة و تتلقى الدعم النفسى من الى حوليها.

Sawa mothers will walk you through it, help you learn, accept and rise.
