المهام المطلوبة:

Marketing Associate
- Residency preference: Assiut, Sohag, El-Minia

Responsibility & Duties:
- Work with Product Managers on product management and development activities.
- Conduct competitor and industry analysis for identifying and proposing product improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate monthly budget plan and recommend cost-effectiveness initiatives.
- Address product-related inquiries and questions from customers & respond to them in an accurate and timely manner
- Provide support and guidance to other staff in different departments in product management tasks.
- Perform measuring, analyzing, and positioning of the product performance & the assigned therapy area.
- Work with the marketing manager to plan, develop and implement product marketing strategies & business plans to achieve Company's vision & commercial targets.
- Assist in organizing product advertising, promotion, and media activities.
- Prepare product marketing presentations and publications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, policies, and priorities.
- Develop a product management plan to achieve company financial and operating targets.
- Identify new marketing opportunities for the assigned product/s to maximize revenue.
- Assist in conducting marketing campaigns and tradeshows for product promotions.
- Conduct market studies and help create effective marketing programs.
- Help in training internal departments on new product features and providing support to customers.
- Developing efficient customer communication and feedback channels.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate or product manager
- Proven Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
- Previous Experience in Pharmaceutical sales & marketing for not less than 1 year in marketing is a must & not less than 3 years in sales is preferred
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics, and Google AdWords
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
- BSc degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary, or Science

إعداد وصياغة العقود ومتابعة اعتمادها وتنفيذها بما يضمن الحفاظ على حقوق الشركة.

متابعة حركة المخزون لضمان توافر الاحتياجات في الوقت المناسب دون تأخير.

تحليل بيانات الشراء وإعداد التقارير الدورية للإدارة.

متابعة شحنات الموردين وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والتسليم.

بناء علاقات قوية مع الموردين وحل أي مشكلات طارئة.

🔹 المتطلبات:

خبرة 3–5 سنوات في مجال المشتريات والتعاقدات، ويفضل في شركات الأدوية.

مهارات قوية في التفاوض واتخاذ القرارات.

إجادة التعامل مع أنظمة المشتريات وخصوصًا الـ ERP.

قدرة عالية على تنظيم الوقت والعمل تحت ضغط.

إجادة استخدام Excel بشكل احترافي.
