تسوس الأسنان بيكون نتيجة الأحماض إللي بتفرزها البكتيريا بعد مبتتغذي علي بقايا الأكل إللي في الفم ، الأحماض دي هي المسئولة عن تآكل طبقة المينا إللي بتحمي الأسنان و بتسبب حدوث حفر في الأسنان إللي هي التسوس. علشان كده غسيل الأسنان بالفرشاه بعد كل أكله مهم جدا و كمان زيارة دكتور الأسنان بطريقه دوريه بردو مهم علشان نتجنب الوصول لمراحل متقدمه من التسوس إللي بيكون مصاحب ليها آلم شديد.
