“How is your year starting? 🌿
Many of us feel that pull to hit the reset button in January 🔘 new goals, fresh habits, a ‘new me’. But let’s be honest: we’re still the same person stepping into this new year, carrying everything from the last one.
The ads, the social media posts, the endless ‘new year, new you’ messages… they can create so much pressure. Add in any lingering stress from December (holidays, family, finances, or just the rush of it all), and it might feel a little overwhelming right now.
What if, instead of pushing harder, we gave ourselves permission to slow down? To breathe, reflect, and ease into the year gently?
