Jenny shakti flow is a page with which i would like to to spread love and light in our lives though the beauty and wisdom of yoga. Sharing the jewels of yoga, meditation and body work for the well being to us all sothat we can reunite in joy, harmony, love and peace living our lives more fully and joyfully. I am here to share my passion of yoga and guide you towards an inner journey and towards the true teacher within yourself.
