Curiosity has always been one of my core values…but it hasn’t always looked the same.
Curiosity is a value I feel I was born with. As a child, it looked like this photo of me with my father: asking questions, observing, wandering.
Later, it became travel, study, healing, exploration of the body and nervous system, what they were teaching and guiding me to, rather than what was “wrong” with its various expressions….
Same with the world around me and my relationships.
And If I’m being honest, in some seasons… curiosity was ungrounded and looked like restlessness or avoidance because survival needed certainty.
But the truth is, Curiosity is such an anchor for me - it regulates my nervous system, replaces urgency with presence, and allows inquiry instead of self-judgment.
It keeps me in relationship with life, not in control of it.
It allows me to soften, open, and align with ease.
This Sunday, we go deeper into values as nervous system architecture. I’d love to hear what values anchor you.
