Today, I celebrate the incredible legacy of María Sabina, a visionary Mazatec shaman who opened the door to the divine through the sacred use of psilocybin mushrooms. Her profound connection to nature and her dedication to healing revealed the deep wisdom that lies within the plant kingdom.

María taught us that these mushrooms are not just tools for exploration but sacred allies in our spiritual journeys. Her courage to share this ancient knowledge with the world paved the way for countless seekers to discover their own paths to healing and enlightenment.

As I reflect on her teachings, I am reminded of the responsibility we hold when working with these sacred medicines. May we always remember the magic this earth holds for us and remember how magic we truly are.

Women thrive where they feel safe, not just tolerated. Emotional safety means they can express themselves without fear of being dismissed, judged, or criticized.

It’s not about being perfect; it’s about being consistent. When a woman knows she can be honest without facing backlash, her feelings are respected, and her needs are heard, she opens up.

In this safe space, she becomes softer—not because she’s weak, but because she can let her guard down. She talks openly, trusts herself, and loves fully without holding back.

You see her shine when she feels secure. That playful, loving side comes out. Emotional safety isn’t just about words; it’s built through real moments.

How you respond when she’s vulnerable, how you listen when she’s hurt, and how you show up for her, even when it’s hard—all these things matter. Same for us woman how we show up for the men in our lives matter also. A woman who feels safe doesn’t settle for less. She brings her best self, not because she has to, but because she wants to. A man who wants to show up also needs to be see and respected, not emasculated.

When she feels safe, love becomes easy and feels like home. A woman who feels secure shares her love freely. When he feels seen and respected he will rise!

Just like a garden needs the right conditions to bloom, everyone thrives in spaces where they feel safe and valued.

When we create an environment where honesty is welcomed and feelings are respected, we allow our true selves to flourish.

Just as plants thrive with care and attention, we grow stronger when we feel secure and supported.

Let’s cultivate spaces where everyone can thrive together! 🌷

“How do you deal with the unknown?”
You don’t. Not really. Instead you let it have its way with you.
You let it to sober up the parts of you that got addicted to certainty and control.
You let it mold you into what you’ve prayed for.
You let it remind you that you don’t know what you don’t know... And that it’s more than just okay... it’s the birthplace of miracles.

Every journey I take leaves me feeling different when I leave. It’s interesting to think about how I arrive and depart, and what I carry with me. Sometimes, the experiences are overwhelming, and I struggle to remember everything. I often wonder if I really took the time to process those changes or if I just slipped back into my usual routine.

It’s easier not to face the work of integrating those feelings. Often, we only make changes when we feel we have to. What resonates with me is that there’s something valuable in those moments—a chance for growth that I might overlook.

What if we could hold onto that feeling and let it develop into something meaningful? Imagine the potential if we truly engaged with our experiences instead of letting them fade away. If you’re ready to working together and scheduling an integration session feel free to DM me.

The path forward often requires us to journey inward.

Over the past month, I have immersed myself in the sacred art of facilitating ceremonies alongside my beloved in the heart of Europe. Words fall short in conveying the profound magic that has enveloped my heart and soul during this time. I feel an exquisite lightness in my body and a deeper connection to the earth than ever before. Witnessing the transformations that participants experience fills me with a blissful gratitude that brings tears of joy to my eyes.

Faith, at its core, is an act of surrender. To let go is to serve love itself. When we soften into the edges of tension held within our bodies, minds, and hearts, we unlock the door to true freedom. It is essential to remember that serving—whether to God, ourselves, or others—guides us back to grace and compassion. The breath, our most sacred tool, is the gateway to the divine presence that lies within our hearts.

As we pause and cultivate awareness, we begin to recognize the beauty inherent in this life. It is a tapestry woven with magic, waiting for us to embrace its offerings. May blessings flow to you all, and may you find the beauty in every moment of your journey. Remember, this life is a wondrous gift, inviting us to experience its fullness.

thank you sweet sister for your trust and for being such an inspiration. Your a radiant woman of God in service and I’m grateful for our friendship. Till next time! Holding the vision high for more to come in the near future. 🙌🏻✨

We come to moments in our lives that we want to not face that we know will ultimately liberate our soul. Yet if we hold on or if we keep the pain/pattern it was ultimately keep up living in a small worldview and reality…we have sovereign choice. We have the opportunity and privilege to call upon God any moment of any day to reconnect and remember we aren’t alone and this life is to feel and experience all of it! God is all of it and ultimately it’s all for our evolution and growth. Be in the sensation of that gift. What a blessing it all is ultimately. How today can you be selfless and more focused on the one that has created YOU? How can we be more of a server of God and have more curiosity of how to be used by God in this beautiful life called ceremony. 🌹

This last week I spent time with my beloved and the hugging saint named Amma. She is a divine being that is in service to love and compassion in all that she does. Having personally embraced more than 40 million people throughout her life, Amma has directly listened to more of the world’s poor than anyone else alive today. Each of her projects has been inspired by unconditional love. The act of service.

During the experience I got to feel where in my heart I have been holding on to resentment, anger, or contradiction around my heart. Rediscovering a new perspective of compassion and joy. Not through meditation yet through action.

I’ve come to realize that love rarely ends in explosions. Relationships don’t end after a huge argument with self or another it’s when we aren’t tending to it with tenderness and presence.
It fades quietly through silence, assumption, and the moments we stop becoming curious.

Where in yourself or with the ones you love have you allowed it to fade?

The invisible things that end love can also be the ones that save it attention, curiosity, repair, tenderness.
What you tend to grows. What you don’t tend to wilts and dies. 🥀

What do you need to water, tend to with care and compassion in your relationship with yourself and others?

We are all flowers wanting to be seen, loved, heard, and cared for deep down. Let us remember to be the light/sun for it to bloom. It’s all based off choice and what we choose each moment to moment. I love you. 🌹🤍

As you start to go for something deeper in a relationship, you start to meet another human being in truth.
And truth is scary.
Truth has bad breath at times; truth is boring; truth burns the food; truth is all the stuff. Truth has anger; truth has all of it. And you stay in it and you keep working with it and you keep opening to it and you keep deepening it.
- Ram Dass
