This year I can’t spend Christmas with my family, so I’m offering a Christmas Yoga & Brunch πŸ€ΈπŸ‘©β€πŸ³
for everyone in the same situation.

We spend a wonderful morning together, practise yoga, enjoy a delicious brunch and talk about the Circle of Life.
In this exercise, you can reflect on your different areas of life. You will realize that you are happy with some, but others can be improved. I’ll give you advices on how to find more balance and joy.πŸ’«

It will be a get-together with like-minded people and mutual inspiration.
