Men trying to have a baby… this is what she’s not telling you.

At some point, s*x can stop feeling like connection
and start feeling like pressure.

a woman can start to feel like her body is being evaluated.

You’ve been told to track ovulation using just LH…
but that’s only one piece of the puzzle.

Ovulation is a hormonal sequence, not a single moment.

Estrogen rises → your body prepares
LH surges → ovulation is triggered
PdG rises → ovulation is confirmed

You’re tracking.
You’re eating clean.

This morning I felt off…

And my first instinct was to fix it.

To question it.
To make it mean something was wrong with me.

But why?

Since when did we decide that we’re only allowed to feel good?

That we always have to be:
balanced, regulated, in control…

And anything else is a problem.

It’s not.

You can have a beautiful moment…
and still be affected by something later.

You can feel grounded…
and then suddenly not.

That doesn’t mean you’re failing.

It means you’re human.

Maybe the goal isn’t to feel good all the time…

Maybe the goal is to build a life where all of you is allowed to exist.
