IVF Doesn’t Fix Fertility. It Bypasses It.

Most couples are rushed into IVF

Did you know that when a child hugs you, you’re not supposed to be the one who lets go first?

When they come to you and wrap their arms around you, their body is not just being cute.

This morning I skipped my usual intense sculpt class

It does not measure egg quality.
It does not measure implantation.
It does not measure your ability to carry a healthy pregnancy.

Unexplained infertility is a lazy diagnosis.

Not because doctors do not care.

Physical hunger

Sensory hunger
You crave crunchy, salty, sweet, creamy textures because your nervous system wants stimulation.

Practical hunger
You are eating because it is time, convenient, or available.

And when blood sugar is unstable, stress is high, and inflammation rises… hormones feel it.
