Elephants will always be my favorite animals for countless reasons!

Their incredible memories can span decades, recognizing people they met years ago and remembering how they were treated. It’s fascinating to think about how they carry those experiences into the present.

I love how female elephants stay with their moms forever, creating a beautiful bond that lasts a lifetime. They leave the herd only for a short time to breed but always come back to support each other and raise their babies together.

Did you know that an elephant’s pregnancy lasts about 22 months, making it one of the longest gestation periods of any land animal?

It’s been a true honor to witness these majestic creatures in Sri Lanka! 🌍💚

In my 15 years of experience as a fertility coach, I see lots of people getting caught up in the ‘what ifs’ and reflecting on how things could have been different.

It’s completely human to dwell on the past, but this only drains our energy and distracts us from our journey. Instead, we focus on what’s within our control, like our habits, nutrition, the media we consume, and the relationships we nurture.

By setting clear boundaries around what we can influence and letting go of what we can’t, like:

👉your doctor’s negative opinions
👉 what happened in the past
