You'll find that the calm state of mind comes and goes.
Practice will teach you how to appreciate the moments of calmness and how meditation can enrich your life.

Every last Saturday of the month, I will organise at 19h00 a free meditation in the park in Valencia, city of arts.
The meditation will be in English and Spanish.
Everybody welcome!

The 25th of July we will meditate on forgiveness, so we can go our way with a light heart.
I will send out an event on Facebook, so you won't miss it.
