✨ Deep Release = Relive Your Trauma ✨

When there are too few facilitators and marketing, profit making & the hype is more important than your well-being.

Yes, I've seen it!

Too few facilitators for too many participants.

No proper guidance or instructions of what can happen and why and how to deal with it.

And then someone is having an emotional release, being overwhelmed by the intensity of it and no one is there to accompany them.

Nor are they led back properly, slowly, fully, and they stay stuck in panic mode.

Not just for a few minutes, but for HOURS! 😳

When you do Breathwork, you work with your nervous system.
You are purposefully interacting with and activating things.

You interfere with the gas balance within you, you alter the PH level of your blood, and much more.

It's not just a fashionable and trendy "let me get fit" modality.

It's a HEALING modality and because of that everyone involved has to take on responsibility.

For the participants as a facilitator.

For yourself as a participant.

So my invite is: less is more and inform yourself well, before joining a breatheork session.

Because after all this is about your emotional, mental and physical well-being.

And a sessions wouldn't be detrimental to this.

✨ I Don’t Need Anyone! ✨

Keeps you hurt and lonely.

Yes, we have been hurt in connection with others.

And at the same time, we can only heal in connection with others.

When we „relive“ a situation in a safe and secure setting - e.g. setting a boundary, sharing our needs - and the other person receives this in a neutral or even supportive way, we make a corrective experience.

And this corrective experience helps to heal wounds that we’ve been carrying around for a long time.

In more palpable words:

🌸 a boundary is received without questioning it and the connection stays
🌸 our needs are being heard, accepted & then met without being judged to be needy or selfish
🌸 our hurt is being heard & we even receive an apology

These are only a few examples of corrective experiences.

Some are bigger, some are smaller.

And they all help us heal and believe in ourselves and relationships again.

Deep releases.

Pushing a nervous system - which already is on overload anyhow - towards a deep release causes more harm than it does good.

✨ 9 Days of Festival ✨

Impressions can only share a little bit of the 9 days spent at the Body Mind & Soul Mallorca Festival this month.

So many amazing coaches, inspirational leaders, doctors and visionaries came together it’s hard to describe unless you’ve been there yourself.

The speeches, the workshops - holding my own workshops and being on stage - took and gave a lot at the same time and definitely left a mark.

Thank you for providing this space to share my work and being.

Thank you for accompanying me and spreading the gift of essential oils with the people.

And thanks to every single person who I had short or long encounters, conversations, moments with. 💗💗💗

✨ When Your Body Screams “Danger” ✨

Ever wished you could just sit still for a moment?
To simply breathe… be… and feel peace.

Yet when that moment comes, you reach for your phone, open the fridge, rearrange the plants, play with your pet… anything but stay still.

Because stillness can feel unsafe.
Your body starts sending urgent signals to your brain:
☢️ “Danger! Alert! Abort mission!”

And so you keep moving…
even though you’re tired,
even though your mind is longing for rest.

There’s nothing wrong with you. 🌸
It’s a normal response when your system has learned that stillness = danger.

Maybe you were taught that resting means being lazy or unworthy.
Maybe stillness brings up feelings that are uncomfortable, even painful.

Of course your body screams, it wants to protect you.

But safety can be relearned. ❤️‍🩹
Gently.
Day by day.
Step by step.

And you don’t have to walk this path alone.
