What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a therapy where different points on the feet & lower leg correspond with different areas of the body. We work these points and areas to optimise good health and build resilience. Reflexology can help to induce deep relaxation and wellbeing, therefore reducing stress. We at Breathe understand that life can be stressful and overwhelming at times, so self-care is becoming increasingly important to live a happy, fulfilled life.
