I earned my yoga teaching certification through CorePower Yoga in San Diego, CA in 2010. I currently live in Valencia, Spain and love the community of international yogis we've created through our classes. Classes are currently held weekly on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the riverbed near the City of Arts and Sciences. Online classes to celebrate the New Moon and Full Moon are also offered. Stay updated on Facebook for class times and cancelations. I also host events at various restaurants in the city (Yoga and Wine, Yoga and Brunch, Full Moon Yoga at the Beach, etc) and international yoga retreats. Our Inscape Journey next summer, July 2-7, 2026 is designed as a slow-living retreat. Space in your day to explore the stunning beaches of this lesser-known Croatian island. Time to relax in the shady gardens of our retreat center, an artistic family-owned estate. Moments shared with new friends floating on the sea during a private boat trip, sipping wine at a local winery, or trying out the local fare at a beachside tavern.

A women's retreat designed around connection. A nature-forward retreat with all the usual comforts of our Inscape Journeys. Cozy and comfortable apartments on a gorgeous estate where our hosts, a local family, will provide insights to all of the island's treasures, as well as home-cooked meals with fresh vegetarian ingredients. Daily yoga and journaling sessions in our beautiful indoor studio and at the beach. Island excursions exploring the coastline, caves and beaches. Local wine tasting and village visits. Free time to relax. And so much laughter.

Sometimes the world slows down, just enough to remind you that you are exactly where you're meant to be.

As last night's yin session came to a close, the full moon rose into view behind me. And as I looked out into the room, I took in the moment with some of my favorite women in the world, sitting in front of me.

🌕 Last night was absolutely magical. We waited patiently for the moon to emerge from the clouds and shine its light over the horizon. As it slowly rose, we all took a moment to pause in awe. Allowing ourselves to be immersed in beauty. Taking a moment to savor the beauty in front of us. To sit in awe of the magic that lies in each moment. Because this moment, right here, right now, is what matters.

🌟 The Ta**us full moon reminds us that we are whole. Connected and secure at our center. This is a time to reflect and let your truth shine through. Who are you, at your core? What do you desire? How do you want to feel? Now is the time. You are ready. You are worthy of living your dreams.

🌕 🧘‍♀️ 💻 Online yoga is back! Join us this week for a nourishing online Full Moon Yoga session via Zoom.

Wednesday, November 5th
20.30 - Spain
11.30 - California

We'll begin the class with card pulling, followed by guided journaling. We'll warm up our bodies with a gentle flow and end practice with relaxing yin yoga. All levels are welcome to join us. It's a beautiful way to soften into the season, from the comfort of your own home.

🌴 Weekly yoga in the park, near the City of Arts and Sciences on Wednesday and Friday at 10.30 and Sunday at 12.00. Please bring cash and pay upon arrival. You'll need a mat or towel and water. I have mats for rent for 2 euros, please message me in advance if you'd like me to bring you one.

🧘‍♀️ Tuesday evening indoors in Ruzafa. These classes are mostly fully booked, please message me if you're interested in joining us.
