I'm now on holiday reflecting on the past two years. It's been like cycling in the mountains. Incredible highs, lows and painful slogs.

Anyone that knows me understands the personal battles and sacrifices I've made on this journey.

Training for me is crucial for both my mental and physical health. The mental health gains are more important to me than the physical gains. The physical gains are a byproduct of consistency. The nervous system connects the body to the mind making the two inseparable. Training the body stimulates the mind. Functional body, functional mind. Look after your body, look after your mind.

If you are already strong stop trying to build muscle.

The cost v benefit isn't worth it.

At this point I'm trying to maintain muscle mass, correct deficits and prevent injury.
