This morning lingers within me for a while, still connected in that state where I hear an echo from my dreams, my breaths, still in touch with my internal universe. I guess we all know that there we are in touch with an inherent intelligence where we don’t doubt, where we don’t fear, in that state we can relax and be responsive, curious.
Unfortunately early in life, we are taught to take us out from that connected state. Underestimating the value of being there, learning to have the attention to the external. We loose our ability to bring us back to that state where we rest, digest, reflect and let those reflections be lanterns for us, in real life.
We learn to live after the voices on the outside, to interpret what is expected of us. Sadly we don’t just loose the trust for our own guidance, we create a kind of imbalance, between in and outside. An imbalance which leads us to illness and pain in so many various aspects. These days we are all affected by those who act from reactivity and impulses. Their noice is so loud and since we collectively haven’t learned to value the inside voice we get caught up in all that buzz, replacing our own faith, wisdom, with feelings of powerlessness, fear, anxiety, anger.
Somewhere in all this noice, that longing of coming beyond, recalling ourselves, knowing how to navigate with clarity, sharing voice from a genuine place, with the intention to generate trust - We all have the ability to be in that connected state, an inside where the uniqueness has space, in presence with our breaths, our heartbeats.
Maybe it all sounds like a cliché, but for me it’s essential. The key to come beyond and value what is guiding us, connected, is The Breaths, in touch and in reverence with what’s alive in us, not loose our integrity or respect, in responsive, in a feeling of belonging, more resistant and in trust.
I have to cultivate and share from that state of trust, stay and linger there. Choose to be in touch, convinced that we can cultivate new habits, in trust with our neurology, finding courage to tread other ways of being, new ways or behaviours to be here; in togetherness, recall and redirect to cultivate humanity and trust!
