Life is a dance, in sanskrit called Lila, लीला, līlā, a dance in constant movement, shifts, in various colours, embracing the dualities we have to harmonise with… we all know, not always easy, but what practice and life offers is that listening to our inner universe, our breaths and heart, creates a knowing, and in touch with our cord, our senses, dare to walk towards that dance where things interplay more in an ease…
let that feeling where the vibe occurs, a kind of playfulness accompany our dance of life, and unfold what is our pathway 🤸🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️

Easter - Our Favourite Fiesta!

At this time of renewal, we’re reminded of the quiet magic that surrounds us — in nature, in art, and in the simple act of being present. Our world is filled with places to gently step into, to listen to, and to rediscover with fresh eyes. We cherish these moments.

This Easter, our egg - our gift- to you is an invitation to step into a space where art and presence meet.

Join us for a series of unique Silent Walks and Meditations at Fundació Miró Mallorca — a gentle journey through Miró’s sparkling universe and the surrounding garden. Inspired by his playful and ever-curious way of seeing, we will walk in silence, breathe, and open ourselves to new perspectives. Like Miró, we practice “un******ng” the mind — letting go of the linear, and rediscovering the world in its quiet magic.
Together, we wander with curiosity, allowing colors, forms, and nature to spark something within.

Silent Walk and Meditation at Fundació Miró Mallorca

Tread and be inspired by Miró’s sparkling universe! Be inspired by the gaze, the playfulness, the magic perspectives of his art. Miró was on a constant journey of review and discovery, and his art mirrors this perpetual process of un******ng to rediscover and recognise the world around him, in small and big. As an artist he is inviting us to look at the world from various angles, see familiar things in another context and time, an understanding that we and the world around us is quite magic! It can always be rediscovered from another perspectives again and again… A beautiful recognition of our universe!

Let us through being with our breaths find silence and join that inspirational state where we undress our mind, and like Miró, recognise what’s around us beyond the linear way of seeing and experiencing. Inviting our curiosity and tread the garden open minded to see what’s sparkling!

This class is suitable for all levels and is linked to the exhibition “Reencountering Miró. The magic spark”

Everything at once; time and layers, our own little life connected with everything and all our experience until now …
Don’t know what loop we are in, but know we all get affected and coloured by what’s going, full of doubts, easy to resign and still we need to deal and act with our daily lives… Try to find strategies to stay fairly steady, cultivate trust
Believe the pendulum soon will swing and shift in an other direction…
Big shifts connected with recognition, insights of who we are connected to perspectives and the knowing; our lives, our history, not linear; truth, clarity, integrity and integration in our ability to be and breathe in that all is one …

Holding on to Dreams …

My eyes begin to be older, eyelids heavier and maybe it’s connected to age but it seems the joy and gratitude to be here in this body, at this planet gets stronger and stronger…

A planet full of vibrating life; most of us wish to reverence and care about, celebrate!
I know I am not alone having this feeling of heaviness, gloom, because of it so called world situation, but some mornings you long for staying in your dream world … A kind of resistance to open my eyes.

I know somewhere that it can’t be a naive dream to believe that world situation can be different, that we can care and cultivate our humbleness, dignity, our humanity!

So force myself to open my nowadays older eyes, holding on to that dream, a vision, where we reverence the beauty of life and cultivate care!

Like a mantra or a pray, again and again with open eyes trust that the pendulum can and will swing

Spring Equinox

The day of inviting Spring, but also a day when Sun crosses Earth’s equator, making day and night equal across our beautiful planet…

A reminder or a recognition that nuances, contrasts even what’s dualities and polarities is included in a wholeness, in a beautiful harmony, or an equilibrium …

A day to celebrate Spring, plant seeds for diversity at our planet, for more humanity where we don’t define or restrict life in narrow minded perspectives … Let’s emphasise our ability to evolve and pray for a planet where we create space to embrace and include in certainty that the dance of equilibrium, is a dance of growth, which will echo faith, light and life joy 🌱

Spring took a pause this weekend; allowing me and Gida to walk slowly in the snow’s mysticality and silence… to walk in ”cotton”, in a feeling of softness; to hear not yet recognised thoughts, to unravel not yet tread paths, to be and breathe!
