Sometimes your body needs to talk as much as it needs to heal.
You book reflexology to relax, but that day something else surfaces - tears, words, stories that need release. This isn’t wasted time. This IS the healing your body chose.
While you talk through what’s distressing you, I’m working to move that energy physically - releasing what you’ve been holding in your body alongside what you’re releasing in words.
Just as reflexology brings the body to balance, so does this release. I hold space for whatever needs an outlet - the thoughts, the emotions, the stories. They’re all part of your healing roadmap.
Trust what your body decides it needs. Sometimes the most powerful treatment is one where you don’t stay quiet.

Week 3: Finding the middle 🌗
Okay, friends. Week 3 is here and we’re adding something I’m genuinely excited (and a tiny bit nervous) about.
A small qigong movement. 3 reps. That’s it.
Why? Because I’m tired of feeling either completely in my head OR completely overwhelmed by feelings. Either doing-doing-doing OR collapsing into rest. I’m always tipping too far one way.
We all have masculine energy (action, logic, structure) and feminine energy (intuition, flow, feeling). Both are beautiful. Both are necessary. But balance? That’s the tricky bit.
For the science lovers: This movement creates bilateral brain and body activation - both hemispheres working together. It regulates your autonomic nervous system by engaging both your “stress mode” and “calm mode” simultaneously. Think of it as recalibrating your internal thermostat.
For the energy workers: This is yin-yang work. Moon-sun balance. You’re physically moving the energies into harmony through intentional, symmetrical movement. It’s embodied equilibrium - teaching your system what balance feels like so it can find it more easily.
Here’s what I’ve realized: balance isn’t a destination. It’s not something you tick off the list. It’s a daily dance. Yesterday’s centered doesn’t mean today’s centered. Life keeps changing, so we keep adjusting.
That’s why this is a DAILY practice. Not because we’re broken, but because balance is something we return to, again and again.
I have this quiet belief that if I do this movement every day, I’ll find my center faster when life knocks me sideways.
Want to experiment with me?
We’re still writing our intentions. Still breathing with lavender. Now we’re adding movement.
Building something beautiful here 💜

Iv packed some beautiful healing into the last two days. Using writing and intention quite powerfully in different ways. A trip to the Buddhist Stupa to light some incense, full moon yoga, cacao and sound healing with two of my beautiful friends guiding us all, and my companion for the evening ✨ so much came up and got released. And then tonight with my beautiful friend Samantha on the beach, talking and releasing using words and journaling, and so much reflection over this year. We talked until the sunset and the moon came up, nearly 4 hours of grounding ourselves with all the elements and purely just enjoying each other’s company and acknowledging how far we have both come this year. This release feels so good ✨✨✨

Three breaths. One intention. Infinite possibility. 💜
Hey, beautiful humans. Just checking in.
How’s the intention practice feeling? Are you finding your rhythm with it? Writing in the morning or the night before?
No judgment if you’ve missed a day (or three). There’s no falling behind here. Every morning is a fresh start. Every evening is another chance.
If you’re adding the lavender and breath work - how does it feel? Notice anything shifting?
And if you haven’t started yet? Today’s a perfect day. Grab your notebook. That’s step one.
We’re building something here, one small moment at a time.
Drop a 💜 if you wrote your intention today.
Drop a 🌿 if you tried the lavender.
Drop a ✨ if you’re just here watching and that’s okay too.

Weaving intention into reality 🧵💜
Week 2! We’re adding lavender and breath work to our morning intention practice.
Write your intention → Lavender on wrists → 3 breaths in through nose, 3 out through mouth.
Why weave these together? Because one sense is nice, but multiple senses make it STICK.
For my logic-loving muggles: Your olfactory system is the fastest route to your emotional brain - lavender hits your amygdala in 0.15 seconds. The compounds in lavender (linalool and linalyl acetate) literally reduce cortisol and activate your “calm down” nervous system. Deep breathing through your nose triggers your vagus nerve. You’re not just thinking calm - you’re creating it in your body. Science, baby. 🧪
For my witchy friends: Lavender is ancient protection and purification magic. Your wrists are energy portals where qi flows close to the surface. Three breaths is the sacred number of manifestation - you’re pulling your intention from spirit (inhale) into matter (your body), and releasing what no longer serves (exhale). You’re literally breathing your spell into existence. 🌙✨
However you see it, we’re making intention a full-body experience.
Who’s trying this tomorrow morning? 💜

Quick heads up for anyone following along with these weekly habits…
Week 2 starts Monday and we’re getting into essential oils. Specifically lavender (keeping it simple to start).
If you want to join in, grab some this weekend - Amazon has it, health stores, even some supermarkets now. You don’t need anything fancy. Just pure lavender essential oil.

Anyone that came to the retreat use the rollerball oil in your goody bag 🛍️
(Witches - you know what’s coming 🌙 Muggles - I’ve got science for you, don’t worry 🧪)
Finishing up Week 1 strong with our daily intentions. How’s everyone doing? Drop a 💜 if you’re ready for Week 2.

Ever have one of those days where you just feel… off?
Not sad exactly. Not angry. Just… something. And when someone asks “what’s wrong?” you’re like “I don’t even know.”
Here’s the thing: your hand is smarter than your brain.
Writing is a feelings translator. You don’t need to name the emotion before you start - you just write, and somehow your hand figures it out before your head does.
This is one of the reasons I’m loving this daily intention practice. Some mornings I sit down and I don’t know what I need. So I just start writing.
“I want today to feel lighter.”
“I want this conversation to feel safe.”
“I want to feel like myself again.”
And suddenly… oh. THAT’S what I needed to say.
Your hand knows. It’s connected to all the stuff your thinking brain hasn’t processed yet.
So if you’re trying this intention-setting thing with me and you’re stuck? Just start writing anyway. Let your hand lead. See what shows up on the page.
It might surprise you. 💙✍️

When life feels heavy, your body holds the weight.
Stress changes everything - especially your breath. Shallow, tight, rapid breathing becomes your new normal, and your entire body reacts. Tension builds, systems strain, balance disappears.
Reflexology becomes your guiding light through these dark moments. Each treatment gently releases the physical tension that stress breathing creates, while giving your body a clear roadmap back to balance.
Your feet don’t lie - they show me exactly where you’re holding stress, where your breath has been compromised, where healing needs to begin. And together, we start the journey back to calm.
You don’t have to carry this alone. Let reflexology light the way.

I’ve been thinking about why writing in my little notebook every morning feels so… comforting.
Then I learned this, writing by hand activates the same parts of your brain as being hugged.
Physical touch. Emotional release. Right there on the page.
Maybe that’s why it helps. When I sit down and write about how I want one part of my day to go not the whole day, just ONE thing it’s like I’m giving myself a little hug before the chaos starts.
“I want this conversation to flow easily.”
“I want to feel present while I’m cooking tonight.”
“I want to feel accomplished after I tackle that task.”
Simple stuff. But it lands differently when your hand writes it.
I’m doing this every week now trying one small daily habit and inviting you along. This week it’s morning intentions.
If you’ve got 2 minutes and a scrap of paper, try it tomorrow. Write about one moment. How you want it to feel.
Let’s see what happens when we stop rushing and start setting the tone instead.
