Morning: Silence, Sun, and Soul Breath
Imagine this…you wake to the gentle sway of the ocean, sunlight filtering through the cabin window. There’s no alarm - just the soft sound of waves kissing the hull, the scent of sea air, and birds overhead.
You step barefoot onto the deck. The ocean is calm. The air is soft.
The day begins with breathwork and stretching, warming the body, calming the mind. You feel yourself drop into presence.
We share a warming drink together in the rising light, and then... it’s time to enter the blue.

🤿 Late Morning: Freediving Flow
Anchored in a calm bay, you gather with your guide and small crew to explore the ocean from within. Today’s freediving focus might be on equalization, finning technique, or simply surrendering into the stillness below.
• Practice gentle breath-holds in the water
• Learn to tune into your body’s wisdom, not fight it
• Feel the magic of neutral buoyancy - where you float effortlessly in suspension
• Laugh, float, learn, and expand - all held in a safe, encouraging space
Even total beginners often surprise themselves here.

🐟 Midday: Spearfishing + Ocean Feast
Later, with mask and fins still on, we explore the ocean - you will observe and learn respectful, sustainable fishing practices from your guide. You feel primal and alive, attuned to the rhythms of the sea.
Lunch is a communal ritual — prepared together on board with love and laughter.
We dive together, we sail together, we cook and eat together. We feel alive - a community

⛵️ Afternoon: Sailing + Dolphin Encounters
With the wind at our backs, we hoist the sails and move toward the next anchorage. You learn the ropes - how to trim the sail, feel the wind, read the ocean. Or you rest, journal, or simply watch the dolphins dancing alongside the bow.
Here, time dissolves. You feel free.
