The sea clears the mind and heart of resentments and guilt. It soothes the harsh ache of blame and absolves failure. In the water, the tenderness of human vulnerability cannot be concealed. Each wave calls to our ability to release and renew. May you find safe spaces to release anger. May you allow that you did all you could with what you knew then. May you gently rewrite the stories that bring you pain. In the water, I forgive, release and renew

As a big cycle ends, another is starting. A big reset for the collective - a fresh start. As the sun sets, so shall it rise again. Like the ocean, we ebb and flow, rise and fall - perpetual motion. We honour the cycles of death and rebirth. Allowing ourselves time to rest, recalibrate and rebalance after a turbulent and deeply transformational time for many. The storms are passing, the clouds are clearing and we are stepping into the rainbow of a new dawn where anything is possible. Let nature take its course between now and the Winter Solstice (Northern Hemisphere), letting the old decay and fall away, making space for the spring of child-like curiosity. Delight in the small things in life, the magic that is all around us. See and explore the world through new eyes, a different lens. And relish the beauty in everything you see. Dream, vision and make it reality. Like the snake shedding it's skin, you are reborn.
