Yoga, Pilates, Cardio fitness, Dance, Weight training at the gym, etc..
Booked at the days and times suitable for you.
Safe and secure space without feeling intimidated, friendly and fun approach to make your workout enjoyable.
Complete beginners are welcome!

One session - €45
Pack of 5 - €30/session
Pack of 10 - €28/session
And lower fee monthly programs available starting from €21/session.
(After the session you can decide if you want to pay for one session or buy a package/program via cash or card.)
