When you feel like you can’t go on and you’re about to quit,
that’s exactly when you don’t stop.Because that exhaustion isn’t coming from the body. It comes from a limit the mind learned years ago. On a muscular level, that “I can’t anymore” doesn’t mean the muscle is done.
It means the nervous system is being cautious, protective.
It asks you to stop before you discover how far you can really go. When you breathe, soften the intensity, and keep moving with presence, something subtle and powerful happens:
🪽the body adapts, more fibers wake up,
the mind–muscle connection becomes deeper and more conscious. This is where the body changes. This is where it gets sculpted. On a MENTAL level, thIS moment is a crossing point. The mind wants to go back to what feels comfortable, safe. But when you stay a little longer, when you don’t run, you teach your brain a new truth:
you can STILL HOLD yourself even when you’re SHAKING.

Cuando sientes que no puedes más y estás a punto de rendirte,es justo ahí cuando no hay que parar.
Porque ese cansancio no viene del cuerpo. Viene del límite que la mente aprendió hace años. A nivel muscular, ese “ya no puedo” no significa que el músculo se haya agotado.
Significa que el sistema nervioso está siendo prudente, protector. Te pide que pares antes de descubrir hasta dónde puedes llegar. Si respiras, bajas la intensidad y sigues con presencia, pasa algo muy sutil y muy poderoso:
el cuerpo se adapta, se despiertan más fibras,
la conexión con el músculo se vuelve más consciente.

I am beyond thrilled to announce my next Swan Experience - across the Ocean where it’s warm: Here we go MIAMI!! A full morning devoted to intentional movement, presence, grounding and breathing techniques, followed by a wellness talk to help us find our inner selves, build good inner self trust and learn how to trust the journey. All of this will be followed by a small brunch at an incredible location: EAST Hotel, Brickell, Miami.

This experience will be transformational.
It’s where movement becomes awareness, where alignment shifts not only your body but the way you stand in your life, where presence is practiced, felt, and integrated. You’ll leave understanding your body more deeply, moving with more clarity, grounding yourself with intention, and reconnecting to the power of showing up fully.
