Oh Wow!! 🤩

I though the Collagen Skin Booster couldn't taste any better.

But then I added the New Immune Booster and added few ice cubes too...Oh Mamma! My new favourite drink!

Light and healthy dinner don’t get much nicer than this. I am a mushroom 😍 but this is just....
Herbalife F1 savory - mushroom and herb flavor on toast.

Ingredients:
1 pack of button mushrooms chopped
1 serving (26g) mushroom savory meal
1 small onion chopped
1 clove of garlic chopped
1 tbl spoon of extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp of light cream cheese
Splash of water, milk or plant based beverage
Fresh parsley chopped
2 medium slices bread- sourdough bread preferred.

Method:
Heat oil in the pan, add chopped onions- fry for a few minutes.
Add garlic- fry for 2 minutes

Add chopped mushroom and fry for 4-5 minutes.
Add 2 scoops of Herbalife savory meal- season with salt and pepper.
Add the chopped parsley

Stir in cream cheese and a touch of milk and mix
Grill or toast your bread and cooked mix.

Are you rising above the obstacles (humps) in your life?

Here’s a quick story I hope it helps at least 1 of you when you doubt and self-sabotage yourself because of other people’s piece of mind. It really help me!

The only bird that dares to peck an eagle is the crow. It sits on its back and bites the eagle’s neck. However, the eagle does not respond or fight with the crow. The eagle pays the crow no attention but instead the eagle opens its wings and soars higher. The higher the eagle flies the tougher it is for the crow to breathe. Then, the crow falls down off the eagle’s back from the lack of oxygen. The eagle knows it can fly higher.

It means that once you move towards your goals, you’re faced with obstacles, challenges and people opinions but when you keep pushing yourself forward every other unnecessary thing will fall off by itself.

So, keep soaring higher and overcoming every obstacle with ease and don’t get distracted from your purpose. You can fly higher than you think.

Let’s rise above and get over the humps than pull you down in your life!

Nutrition Basics

The topic of nutrition itself is an absolute minefield but when things become a little complex and confusing the best thing to always do is.....take it back to basics. Simplify and adapt to fit to your lifestyle and goals.

You’re going to get an entire challenge regarding goal setting soon however it’s important to know from the off what your intentions are for this challenge and where you’d like to be heading. So with that in mind, here’s what I’d like you to do for today’s challenge....

1. Head over to your coaches Herbalife shop (where you purchased your products from) and select ‘free wellness profile’. Follow the steps and find out the daily targets to aim for for your specific goals. Please note if you are on a fat loss journey you will want to select ‘weight loss’ as your top selection as it’s done in order of priority. Check in with your coach once you have completed your profile to make sure you’re intake of food is similar to the targets you’ve been given. Progress not perfection remember people.
2. Watch this incredible video from the awesome Jordan taking you through the basics of nutrition and giving you an understanding or micros, macros and the ratio we should be having on our plates. I still learn something new every time I watch this!

Comment below once you have done these 2 tasks gang, I know it feels like homework and most of you are probably sick to death of home schooling right now but it’s important we gain as much knowledge early on in this challenge!

But that is not so, love does not hurt, in reality love is the only thing that makes life have meaning, it makes everything worthwhile. But there are things that do hurt ... it hurts that they don't love you, it hurts that they reject you or fail you over and over again, the memories of happy times hurt, and above all it hurts to lose someone you love. Sometimes we take risks for love and it doesn't go as you expect, but everything will come sooner or later. And you will like it.
