This week’s Pilates classes are extra special.. We are testing out the brand‑new elastic bands and they are passing with fitting colors 💜💙!
They add just the right challenge, helping us deepen movements, build stability, and feel that perfect stretch 💪.

Fully approved by the group, though we must admit, they do make the workout a little heavier 🔥!

I'm pleased to share the current Pilates schedule here.

Meanwhile, I'm also thrilled to see so many winter visitors returning to Tenerife and our Pilates classes 🥰.
If the number of participants continues to grow, I hope to be able to add more classes to this schedule soon 💪! So keep posted 😄!

A truly enriching experience that deepened my clinical insight 🙌.

This method empowers patients to manage their own low back pain through targeted exercises, movement, and education (and much more) 💪🧠.
Between learning days, I enjoyed the fresh nature of Limburg, and the Belgian weather made sure I didn't forget where I was 😅🌿🌧️.

Grateful for the learning, the landscape, and the little moments with colleagues in between 💚.

Querida familia de Pilates 💙

En septiembre el horario será un poquito diferente.
La razón es que estaré siguiendo algunas formaciones para seguir creciendo y aprendiendo. Ya saben lo importante que es para mí ampliar mis conocimientos y estar al día con las últimas novedades para poder ayudarlos aún mejor. 🤓👍

Aquí les comparto el horario adaptado, gracias por su comprensión y flexibilidad 🙏.
Seguimos creciendo juntos, tanto en el mat como fuera de él.. 🙏💪

A partir de octubre, lanzaremos un nuevo horario ampliado y con energía renovada. Les contaré más sobre esto más adelante, estén atentos 😉!

In September, the schedule will be a little different.
The reason is that I'll be taking some training courses to continue growing and learning. You know how important it is for me to expand my knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest developments so I can help you even better. 🤓👍

Here I'm sharing the updated schedule. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility 🙏.
We continue to grow together, both on and off the mat. 🙏💪

Starting in October, we'll be launching a new, expanded schedule with renewed energy. I'll tell you more about it later, so stay tuned 😉!
