Who am I?
Well, some of you know who I am and what I am doing, but I would like to introduce myself regardless.
My name is Bapicean, born in a small town called Kirkenes in the very north of Norway (google it) and moved closer to the capital of Norway for better opportunities 👌🏽
I finished primary, secondary and high school in Norway before taking a 1 year Personal Trainer course to be certified as a Personal Trainer back in 2015. After, I worked in a gym to get more experience in the field. Practical and theoretical knowledge goes hand in hand and works best together👌🏽. I took this practical experience from working in the gym forward with me. I got very interested in health and function, and chose to study medicine in Poland 🇵🇱. It was an easy decision and I am very happy for the choices I have taken.
Medicine takes time, because of that I have just been doing Personal Trainings for people within my circle.
Now, after working on my website with I am happy to announce that I will be doing Online Personal Trainings fully and have more capacity to do so! 💪🏽
Now, getting a Certificate in Personal Training is just a starting package, it is what you do after which determines your ratings. Also, some thing which 80% of personal trainers forget is that this field is ALWAYS changing and updating like medicine. It is our responsibility to stay updated in the game to provide the best knowledge for our clients.
I believe in long term sustainability, development and enjoyment whilst making progress. You won’t be getting a boring diet plan with chicken and broccoli 🥦 😄. Another thing which I realised is that not many people can cook, which is surprising! 😢 Cooking delicious tasty meals are so so important for enjoying the process and progress, but no worries, I have a solution for you, my handcrafted COOKBOOK!With healthy, tasting recipes with good macronutrients.
When it comes to diet, its all about adherence! 😉
Unless you want to go from 6% body fat to 5% body fat you don’t have to eat like a pro bodybuilder.
