Everyday we check in with ourselves
Everyday we take notes and observe.
Silently. Who am I today ? How am I today ?

Everyday is a new opportunity to tune in to our inner space, reconnect with our soul, our creativity, our joy (that is always there behind the clouds)

The first days are always overwhelming … and then we settle in. After a few weeks, the practice changes something within us. Everyday the same. Everyday back to the mat.

I love those special deep dives.
I love the feeling of Community
Even if it’s virtual, the daily check ins allow us to share and keep up with whatever we need to do. Share all that we are going through.
Divorce disease loss, end of cycles

Together we are stronger.
Together we expand our courage
Together we remind us of our own worth
That this too shall pass
That we are all connected.

Certains préfèrent la liberté de la video et d’autres préfèrent le soutien pour la discipline. Et puis ce sont des périodes. Parfois nous avons juste envie d’être portés…

Pendant un parcours de 40 jours vous avez les deux.

Je vous tiens la main et puis de temps en temps je la lâche pour voir si vous tenez debout tout seul. Mais toujours dans le respect et l’écoute.

Je suis là.
Je vous tiens.
Par monts et par vaux.
Votre seul travail : show up !

Thank you .dance.academy for this rich workshop ! We dive into the psyche of the dancer with wit humour and presence. This workshop added something to my dance world. I will not forget the way the teacher spoke of our apples and our front lights 🤣 we had a great laugh too ! Can’t wait for another workshop with you and your team.
