On my recent travels to Sri Lanka, this poster was on the altar at the entrance to our dining room…

It is such a powerful statement.

In the world we are in, there’s so much to criticise, complain about and judge.

We must realise that our complaining has a direct influence on our frequency, and we focus on what’s wrong, what there is to complain about, it is held in our bodies.

Since we are made of water, water holds information and each and every thought, word and emotion we carry, we emit.

It will reside in our energy field and subsequently entrain with corresponding likeness.. bringing more to complain about.

Raise your vibration by elevating your thoughts, words and emotions.

We are bodies of positive change for our worlds.

Blessed to have been able to travel to beautiful Sri Lanka to experience Panchakarma… a word rooted in Sanskrit meaning “five actions,” and it’s a complete detox and rejuvenation therapy designed to bring body, mind, and spirit back into balance.

I’m in Sri Lanka and just learnt a beautiful meditation practiced by Buddhist monks … it’s called a Metta Meditation, to cultivate loving-kindness, and this is my wish for you for this new Gregorian calendar year…
