We often hear “stay out of the sun, it causes cancer”, but the truth is a lot more nuanced 🌤️
Skin cancer is a modern disease and our diet plays a bigger role than most people realize.

A Baylor University study showed something fascinating:
Animals eating a processed, low-nutrient diet developed skin cancer when exposed to UV.
Animals eating a nutrient-dense, real-food diet? Not a single case.

And the reason mine looks the way it does is simple: bioavailable nutrition first.

We both always dreamed 💭 of living abroad and when we met, everything just clicked. Same vision. Same values. Same wild hearts. 💛

To find someone who pushes you, supports you and shares your dreams… That’s rare.
And when you do, you build. Together.

So here we are, a little crazy, a lot in love,
packing up our life in Sweden and chasing the sun to Marbella. ☀️

You only get one life and ours is meant for freedom, growth and golden mornings under the palm trees. 🌴

Isn’t it funny how no one reacts when you eat a huge plate of pasta or grab a frozen meal full of additives and seed oils…
But if you eat a simple bowl of just bolognese 🥩 Suddenly people ask if you’re on a diet?

We’ve come so far from what’s natural that real food now seems extreme.
But our bodies haven’t changed, only our habits have. 🌿

For most of human history, humans thrived on animal foods: meat, fat, organs and occasionally some berries or roots when they were in season.
That’s what built our brains, our hormones and our strength. 💪

Grains, seed oils and ultra-processed foods came much later -
and while leafy greens may look healthy, they don’t provide much usable nutrition.
Many plants also contain natural defense chemicals that can build up in the body over time and contribute to inflammation and chronic pain for some people.

When I eat a bowl of ground beef, maybe with a few blueberries for vitamin C 🫐
I’m not restricting - I’m returning.

Returning to the food that nourishes on a cellular level.
To the way humans have eaten for thousands of years.
To balance, energy and mental clarity. ✨

Eating this way isn’t a diet.
It’s simply remembering who we are. 💛
