Ever since I had the gift to give birth to my beloved daughter the curiosity about my family lineage has increased and questions about my elders have now become more like conversations that I have with them in meditation, prayers or other more intimate moments with myself. Personally I’ve had some of the most challenging journeys with my own mother and we are in constant nurturing work between us.

I am so excited to co host this retreat alongside my sisters, this is definitely an incredible opportunity to deep dive and celebrate in gathering in matter of this topic.

Hello sweet community,

I am hosting a small intimate gathering for women where we will be deep diving in the linage of Kundalini yoga and meditation and creativity. Guided You sansara retreat will be held in Santa Teresa Dec 3-8th this year and I have 3 spots available currently, if you would feel called to hear more about this gathering I am currently taking 1:1 calls before any sign up. I am a Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher (created a method called non linear Kundalini), past life time regressionist and a drawer/painter and I feel honored to be doing what I love and love what I do.

Women when trust & travel.

Earlier this year I was blessed to co-host this beautiful gathering in Nicaragua. I later ended up staying for a month in the same location. It’s always incredibly fulfilling and powerful to be surrounded by women for a full week and in all honesty it’s when the biggest internal transformations happens for me.

Dear sweet friends,

This Sunday me and my sister Miriam Adler will hold a 30 min gathering on IG live to show our support for our fellow sisters and brothers in Iran that are currently courageously demonstrating for their fundamental human rights as they deserve a social change in the country.

For weeks now, Iranian women and men have shown extraordinary bravery and a willingness to resist security forces in schools, in the streets, and in every other corner of the public sphere. They have stood bravely in intersections, marched down major thoroughfares, occupied squares, and erupted in chants at school assemblies, removing their headscarves in defiance of the strictures of the state.

What started as a feminist relvolution is now speading it wings and the message is clear they want a regime change and they want freedom.

• conscious branding •

I used to be in the fashion industry for years. I started with sales and climbed up to visual merchandising manager and the press manager. I moved to New York from Sweden because I expanded with my drive and passion and slowly after I started my own fashion showroom. I loved what I did until I didn’t.

I ended up leaving my comfort of work and picked a completely different path.

This is why:

• production of material is usually done by companies that abuse their workers and our environment
• ideology of how the perfect body is supposed to look like was not serving my belief system and it became more and more difficult to neglect models because they didn’t fit the clothing size

• I found the industry to be extremely superficial

• waste of material harming our planet was heartbreaking to be a part of

and much more…

Now I live in my purpose and my passion. I am now mostly wearing and consuming from brands that I believe are the future for the way we consume. And by all means I have a long way to go but at least I am doing my best.

When I work 1:1 with clients I almost always go through what they have in their home, everything from closet to bathroom supplies. I do this because often times when we clear out our environment externally we realize how much we have collected and spent money on things we don’t really need and when we clear out and renew we actually can feel that there is much more space internally as well. It’s heavy to have “too much” things.

Instead I recommend my clients products from brands that are in harmony with our planet. From packaging to material.

This is one brand that I got the privilege to meet.
